Full Support Center access is provided exclusively to customers who have purchased active Lab Informatics Software Maintenance Agreements (SMA). The products supported are the Client/Server and Enterprise configurations of Software applications such as:
- OpenLab CDS (networked configurations)
- OpenLab ChemStation (networked configurations)
- OpenLab EZChrom (networked configurations)
- OpenLab ECM (including Intelligent Reporter and BPM)
- OpenLab ECM XT
- OpenLab Server
The following legacy products are out of support. If you are still using one of the following software products please upgrade or migrate to a current product.
- OpenLab Instrument Control Module (ICM)
- EZChrom Elite Client Server
- ChemStation (A & B Revisions)
- ChemStore
- OpenLab ELN
How do I register and login to the new Support Center?
Customers with current software maintenance agreements who have used the existing Support Center in the past year have been migrated to the new system. On first access, you will need to use the Forgot Your Password link on the new site's login page to set a new password. Once you have reset your password you may log into the new site from it's main page at https://servicedesk.li.agilent.com/support. If your account was not migrated you may re-register using the Create an Account link on the new site's main page.
