Laboratory Informatics Support Center

Welcome - We are Moving!

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, Agilent has deployed a new Software Support Center based on a modern Service Desk application. To access the new Support Center please follow and bookmark the new site link at https://servicedesk.li.agilent.com/support.

Full Support Center access is provided exclusively to customers who have purchased active Lab Informatics Software Maintenance Agreements (SMA). The products supported are the Client/Server and Enterprise configurations of Software applications such as:

  • OpenLab CDS (networked configurations)
  • OpenLab ChemStation (networked configurations)
  • OpenLab EZChrom (networked configurations)
  • OpenLab ECM (including Intelligent Reporter and BPM)
  • OpenLab ECM XT
  • OpenLab Server
  • OpenLab ELN

The following legacy products are out of support. If you are still using one of the following software products please upgrade or migrate to a current product.

  • OpenLab Instrument Control Module (ICM)
  • EZChrom Elite Client Server
  • ChemStation (A & B Revisions)
  • ChemStore

How do I register and login to the new Support Center?

Customers with current software maintenance agreements who have used the existing Support Center in the past year have been migrated to the new system. On first access, you will need to use the Forgot Your Password link on the new site's login page to set a new password. Once you have reset your password you may log into the new site from it's main page at https://servicedesk.li.agilent.com/support. If your account was not migrated you may re-register using the Create an Account link on the new site's main page.

How do I login to the legacy Support Center?

Use the Login menu item on this page to access the legacy Laboratory Informatics Support Center. You many continue to access the legacy site to review existing support tickets during the transition, but you will only be able to create new support requests in the new system.
