Through the Support Center, our SMA customers are able to obtain support for the Client/Server and Enterprise configurations of the following Laboratory Informatics software products:
- OpenLab CDS (networked configurations)
- OpenLab ChemStation (networked configurations)
- OpenLab EZChrom (networked configurations)
- OpenLab ECM (including Intelligent Reporter and BPM)
- OpenLab ECM XT
- OpenLab Server
The following legacy products are out of support. If you are still using one of the following software products please upgrade or migrate to a current product.
- OpenLab Instrument Control Module (ICM)
- EZChrom Elite Client Server
- ChemStation (A & B Revisions)
- OpenLab ELN
All software support is contingent on the following conditions:
- You must be the original owner of the software, or you must have obtained written authorization from Agilent for transfer of ownership.
- The software version must still be in support.
No support is provided for obsolete versions.
