Support Options

Covered Products

Through the Support Center, our SMA customers are able to obtain support for the Client/Server and Enterprise configurations of the following Laboratory Informatics software products:

  • OpenLab CDS (networked configurations)
  • OpenLab ChemStation (networked configurations)
  • OpenLab EZChrom (networked configurations)
  • OpenLab ECM (including Intelligent Reporter and BPM)
  • OpenLab ECM XT
  • OpenLab Server

The following legacy products are out of support. If you are still using one of the following software products please upgrade or migrate to a current product.

  • OpenLab Instrument Control Module (ICM)
  • EZChrom Elite Client Server
  • ChemStation (A & B Revisions)
  • ChemStore
  • OpenLab ELN

Support Conditions

All software support is contingent on the following conditions:

  1. You must be the original owner of the software, or you must have obtained written authorization from Agilent for transfer of ownership.
  2. The software version must still be in support.
    No support is provided for obsolete versions.

No Support Agreement

I need support for one of the listed Client/Server or Enterprise Software products, but I do not have a current Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA).

Authorized Partner

I am an Agilent authorized support provider or authorized partner needing support for a Third Party Instrument or Data System.

Other Support

I need support for an Agilent product or configuration not listed above.
